How do I allocate more memory to an app on Sheepshaver running Mac OS 9?
Click on the application icon, select "Get info" from the "File" menu, and adjust the memory allocation in the window that pops up.

SheepShaverGUI.exe on Windows Error
Uninstall GTK +2 if you already have it. Go to Emaculation and download the GTK +2 Runtime from there. Set it up and SheepShaverGui.exe should work. If not, restart your computer.
