In 1990’s I started learning to program (BASIC) on Commodore 64. My first home computer was a 386 with MS-DOS and Windows 3.11. I got a dial-up internet connection in 2000, together with a new Pentium III PC (Windows 98). I switched to Intel Macs in 2007. Before that, I was trying out Mandrake Linux but haven’t started to use Linux more regularly until 2014.

I’ve also got some programming experience with MCUs (8-bit AVR, ARM Cortex-M3).
